Mimi in Paris Card

This is an 8 1/2″ x 11″ Birthday card. I started by stamping the Eiffel Tower in the background. Stamped Mimi on the card next and also onto some Cream cardstock and colored her with Crayola washable markers and fussy cut her out and glued her over the stamped image on the pink cardstock. The flower pots are SU’s Decorative label punch that I turned on end and trimmed to look like fancy flower pots and did some faint stamping on them to dress them up and sponged the edges with SU’s Close to Cocoa. The front of the tree tops were cut from Sizzix original green Cloud die and sponged in Green Galore ink, and Fiskars medium cloud die cut 3 times to outline the backs of the tree in a darker CS for demention. The phrase ooh-la-la was cut from a Sizzlit phrase die. Le Cafe’ was stamped in Memento ink on a faux building and the roof was made using SU’s Modern Label punch, each piece was sponged in SU’s Close to Cocoa. The fence was die cut from PTI’s fence die in white CS and sponged with SU’s Going Gray dye ink. The little flowers were stamped in black StazOn ink and colored with Crayola’s washable markers. The bottom border was cut with a new to me, Spellbinders Edgeabilities die set called Classic Postage Stamp.
