Papertrey is 8, Lux Metallics, Feb. 2015

Hey Crafters!! This challenge was to use *only Metallics & Neutrals. I knew exactly what my metallic would be! This is the simplest card I have made in the last 12 months and it will be the simplest in the next 12 months. LOL

I started with a white A2 sized card base in portrait and embossed the front of the card with a Darice folder called, Scrolls 1215-49. This gave me a great space in the center to stamp a cross from a $1.00 stamp set with sentiment, He is Risen. Both were stamped in Versamark ink and embossed with Gold powder, then heat set with the Milwaukee heat tool the lovely Jennifer McGuire sent me from one of her Favorite Tools segments on her blog.

PTI’s Wonderful Words dies were cut in 4 different browns and layered together for a shadow effect. Peace, from Wonderful Words Holiday and blessed, from Counting My Blessings.
